White-Label SEO and PPC Pricing for Agencies

Every wholesale price in one place, with the source behind each one. The rule is the same for every service: half the retail or market rate, rounded to the nearest $50, so you know your margin before you quote.

01 · The rule

One rule for every wholesale price

Every wholesale price is half the retail or market rate for the same work, rounded to the nearest $50. Where I sell a service directly, that is my published retail price. Where I do not yet, it is a market rate from a published pricing survey, set the same way my retail prices are. Either way, the source is listed below, so you can check it.

A wholesale price on its own tells you what you pay, not what the market pays. Publishing the basis as well lets you see your margin before you quote.

For services quoted per client, the same method applies: a published hourly or monthly figure for the category, then half of it.

04 · Your margin

What you keep at the market rate

If you charge your client the market rate, the gap over wholesale is roughly half the price. What you keep is less, because selling and managing the account takes your own time, and payments cost fees. The table assumes, as an example, 6 hours of your time a month at $50 an hour and 3% payment fees.

ServiceClient paysWholesaleYou keepMargin
Monthly SEO$3,250/mo$1,650/mo$1,202.5037.0%
Monthly PPC management$2,350/mo$1,200/mo$779.5033.2%

Example figures, not a forecast. The markup calculator uses your own price, hours and fees, and markup vs margin explains why the two percentages differ.

05 · What the price covers

The work described

Each option lists what it delivers on its service page. Nothing is added to the invoice that was not agreed.

Unbranded delivery and reporting

Reports and documents in your template or with no branding, at no extra cost.

Ad spend and client costs stay with the client

Ad spend, the client’s own software and hosting are paid by the client, never marked up by me.

No minimum

One audit for one client is fine. Each client gets its own statement of work.

That is your decision. If you charge about the market rate, you keep roughly half before your own time and fees; after six hours a month at $50 and 3% fees, the examples on this page leave you 33.2% to 37.0%. The markup calculator works it out for your own numbers.
Every service on the white-label hub is available. Those without a listed price are quoted per client using the same rule: half the sourced retail or market rate. Each service page adds its prices as it is published.
The prices listed are the fee for the work described. Costs that belong to your client, such as ad spend, their own software and hosting, are paid by the client. There is no minimum number of clients.
