01 · How it works

You sell it, I deliver it, your client sees only you

Your agency sells marketing to its clients. Some of that work needs skills you do not have in-house, or more hours than your team has this month. I do that work for you, under your agency’s name: you agree the scope and the price with your client, brief me, and I deliver to you.

You keep the client relationship and the margin. Reports, documents and slides go out unbranded or in your template, and I stay behind you unless you want me on a call as part of your team.

02 · Partner terms

What every partner can count on

Your brand on everything

Reports, audits, briefs and slides carry your logo or none. My name and this site never appear on client work.

No contact with your clients

Every email, call and file goes through you, unless you ask me to join a call as part of your team.

A mutual NDA first

I sign one before you share client names, details or logins.

I never sell to your clients

If one of your clients ever approaches me directly, I send them back to you.

No portfolio use without permission

Work for your clients stays private unless you agree otherwise in writing.

One point of contact

You deal with me directly, not an account manager relaying messages.

04 · Process

From first call to first delivery

Step 1

Introductory call

What your agency sells, to whom, and where you need help. I say plainly if I am not the right partner for it.

Step 2

NDA and brief

A mutual NDA, then a brief for the first client: goals, what was sold, deadlines and the accounts I need.

Step 3

Delivery under your brand

I do the work and deliver it to you in your template, ready to send.

Step 4

Reporting and review

Regular updates you can pass on as your own, and a review of what to do next.

05 · Pricing

Wholesale prices, set the same way every time

The wholesale price for any piece of work is half my published retail price for the same work, rounded to the nearest $50. My retail prices are set at sourced industry averages, so if you charge your client about the market average, you keep about half of what they pay. The markup calculator has a resold-service mode that adds your own time and payment fees and shows the price that leaves the margin you want.

Starting prices for the services that already have retail pages:

Service and starting tierRetail fromWholesale from
SEO systems, audit$3,000$1,500
AI search visibility, audit$2,250$1,150
Content systems, audit$1,650$850
Utility-led acquisition, audit$3,000$1,500
Founder positioning, intensive$1,650$850
Growth consulting, advisory, per quarter$8,600$4,300

Retail prices as published on each service page, set on 24 October 2026. Every white-label service page lists its own wholesale tiers, and the white-label price list has them all in one place.

FAQ

A specialist does marketing work that an agency sells under its own name. The agency owns the client relationship and sets the price; the specialist delivers the work unbranded, behind the agency.
No, unless you want them to. Everything I deliver is unbranded or in your template, I never contact your clients unless you ask me to, and I can join calls as part of your team under your agency's name.
It is half my published retail price for the same work, rounded to the nearest $50. My retail prices are set at sourced industry averages, so if you charge about the same, you keep about half.
You do. The client is yours, ad and analytics accounts stay in your or your client's name with access granted to me, and everything I make for a client belongs to you once it is paid for.
A short brief on the client and what you have sold them, access to the accounts the work needs, and a mutual NDA if you want one before sharing client details.
No. My background is B2B SaaS SEO, which is where I am strongest, but partners sell to many kinds of clients. If a client is not a good fit for the work, I will tell you before we start rather than after.
