01 · How it works

White-label SEO, delivered under your agency’s name

Your client buys SEO from your agency. I do the work: the audit, the plan, the internal linking and technical fixes, and the monthly report. It all reaches you in your template or unbranded, ready to send, and your client never hears my name unless you want them to.

You agree the scope and price with your client and keep the relationship. I work from the access you give me, and every account stays in your client’s name or yours.

02 · What I deliver

The SEO work you can resell

Technical SEO audits

Crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data and the issues holding pages back, in priority order.

Topical maps and keyword architecture

The topics and keywords the client should own, grouped into pages and hubs so pages support each other instead of competing.

Internal linking

A link plan built on the site so authority reaches the pages that need to rank. The internal link mapper shows the idea.

On-page optimisation

Titles, meta descriptions, headings and schema for the pages that matter most.

Content briefs

A brief for each planned page: search intent, topics to cover and links to add.

Monthly reporting

Search Console and GA4 results in your template, with what changed, what moved and what comes next.

03 · What stays yours

Your client, your accounts, your brand

Your brand only

My name and this site never appear on client work.

The client relationship

I do not contact your client unless you ask me to.

The accounts

Search Console, GA4 and the CMS stay in your client’s name or yours, with access granted to me.

A mutual NDA first

I sign one before you share client names, details or logins.

04 · Process

From brief to first report

I do not promise rankings. Google’s own guidance is that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, so every engagement starts with a baseline and every report measures progress against it.

Week 1

Brief and access

What you sold the client, their goals and deadlines, and access to Search Console, GA4 and the CMS. I record a baseline before changing anything.

Weeks 1 to 4

Audit and roadmap

The technical audit, topical map and a 90-day roadmap, delivered to you in your template.

Weeks 5 to 12

Build

On the sprint and monthly plans, I build the internal linking, fix the technical issues and write the briefs.

Every month

Report

A report you send as your own, measured against the baseline, with what comes next.

05 · Wholesale pricing

Three ways to resell SEO

Each wholesale price is half my published retail price for the same work, rounded to the nearest $50. The retail prices are on my SEO systems page. To set your own price, the markup calculator adds your own hours and payment fees and shows the price that leaves the margin you want.

FAQ

White-label SEO is SEO work that one business does and another sells under its own name. Your agency sells SEO to its client and sets the price; I do the audit, the fixes and the reporting behind you, unbranded or in your template.
My wholesale prices start at $1,500 for a 4-week audit, $4,500 for a 12-week architecture sprint and $1,650 a month for ongoing SEO. Each is half my published retail price for the same work, rounded to the nearest $50.
Yes. You set the price and I never see or discuss it with your client. If you charge about my retail price, you keep about half of what they pay.
Briefs are part of the SEO work: each planned page gets one, so whoever writes it knows the search intent, the topics to cover and the internal links to add. Writing the pages is a separate white-label content service, scoped per client.
Only your agency. Audits, roadmaps and monthly reports go to you in your template or unbranded, and I do not contact your client unless you ask me to join a call as part of your team.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google's own advice is that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. What I can do is set a baseline at the start, so every report measures progress against where the site began.
The audit and the sprint are fixed engagements of 4 and 12 weeks. Monthly SEO runs for 3 to 6 months at a time, the same terms as my retail retainer.
