White-Label PPC Management for Agencies
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising audits, builds and monthly management, delivered by me under your agency’s name. Your client owns the account and pays for the ads; you set your price and keep the client.
White-label PPC, run under your agency’s name
Your client buys paid search from your agency. I audit or build the account, manage it every month and write the report. Everything reaches you unbranded or in your template, and your client never hears my name unless you want them to.
You agree the budget, the goals and the price with your client. The ad account stays theirs, the ad spend goes straight from them to Google or Microsoft, and my fee is a flat wholesale price per account.
The PPC work you can resell
Account audits
Structure, settings, tracking, search terms and wasted spend, with fixes in priority order.
Conversion tracking
Google Ads conversions, GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up and tested before budget is spent, because bidding is only as good as the conversions it learns from.
Campaign builds
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and display campaigns in Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising campaigns built or imported from Google.
Ads and assets
Headlines, descriptions and assets written for the client’s offer, then tested.
Ongoing management
Search term reviews, negative keywords, bids, budgets and ad tests, every month.
Monthly reporting
Spend, conversions, cost per conversion and what changes next, in your template.
Your client owns the account; I get the access the work needs
The Google Ads account stays in your client’s name, on their payment method, and links to your agency’s manager account if you use one. I work with Standard access. In Google’s access levels, Standard can edit campaigns but cannot give anyone access or change access levels; only Admin can. So the client and your agency stay in control of who is in the account, and removing me takes a minute.
Microsoft Advertising works the same way: the account stays the client’s, and I join it as a user.
From brief to first report
Brief and access
What you sold, the budget, the goals and the landing pages, then Standard access to the account.
Audit and tracking
The audit, and conversion tracking checked or set up before anything else changes.
Build or fix
On a build, the campaigns go live; on management, the fixes from the audit.
Manage and report
Search terms, bids, budgets and tests, and a report you send as your own.
Three ways to resell PPC
I do not sell PPC directly yet, so there is no retail page to halve. The market rate below is set the way my other retail prices are: Clutch puts most PPC agencies at $100 to $149 an hour, and 19 hours a month at the $124.50 midpoint is about $2,350 a month. Fixed engagements are that figure pro rata. Wholesale is half, rounded to the nearest $50.
The fee is flat per account, never a percentage of ad spend, and it does not include the spend itself, which your client pays to Google or Microsoft. The markup calculator works out your own price once your hours and payment fees are added.
