01 · How it works

Local SEO for your clients, under your agency’s name

Your client is a local business: a dental practice, a law firm, a trades company. They want more calls and visits from people nearby. I do the local SEO, from the Google Business Profile to citations, location pages and reviews, and everything reaches you unbranded or in your template.

The profile and every account stay in your client’s name. You set the price and keep the client.

02 · What I deliver

The local SEO work you can resell

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, hours, photos and posts kept complete and current, because the profile is what searchers see first.

Citations and NAP consistency

The business name, address and phone number made consistent across the directories and data sources that matter for the client’s market.

Location and service pages

Pages on the client’s site for each location or service area, written for the people searching there.

Reviews, within Google’s rules

A process that asks every customer the same way, and replies drafted for the client to approve.

Local rank tracking

Rankings checked across the service area, not from one point, because map results change with the searcher’s location.

Monthly reporting

Calls, direction requests, website visits and rankings, in your template.

03 · Profiles and reviews

Your client owns the profile; reviews stay honest

Your client stays the primary owner of their Google Business Profile, and I join as a manager. Google’s help page on owners and managers says managers have mostly the same access as owners, except that they cannot add or remove users or remove the profile. The client keeps control, and removing me takes a minute.

Reviews are the part of local SEO with the clearest rules. Google’s policy on fake engagement prohibits paid or incentivised reviews and reviews from people with a conflict of interest, and it says businesses may not discourage negative reviews or selectively ask for positive ones. I do none of these, so your client’s profile is not put at risk by work sold under your name.

04 · Process

From brief to first report

Week 1

Brief and access

The business, its locations and service area, then manager access to the profile and access to the site.

Weeks 1 to 2

Audit and baseline

The audit, and rankings, calls and visits recorded before anything changes.

Weeks 3 to 4

Foundations

On setup, the profile, the main citations and the location page are fixed.

Every month

Manage and report

Profile updates, review replies, citation fixes and a report you send as your own.

05 · Wholesale pricing

Three ways to resell local SEO

I do not sell local SEO directly yet, so the market rate comes from the same source as my SEO retail price. In Ahrefs’ poll of 439 SEO providers, those serving local markets charge $1,557 a month on average, rounded here to $1,550. Fixed engagements are that figure pro rata, and wholesale is half, rounded to the nearest $50. Every price is per location.

Option 01

Local SEO audit

$350

  • Citation and NAP consistency check
  • Location page and on-page review
  • Reviews: volume, recency and replies
  • A prioritised fix list you can present as your own
Option 03

FAQ

White-label local SEO is local search work, such as Google Business Profile, citations, location pages and reviews, that a specialist does and an agency sells under its own brand. The client deals only with the agency.
My wholesale prices are $350 for an audit, $750 for a 4-week setup and $800 a month for ongoing local SEO, per location. They are half the market rate, which comes from Ahrefs' poll of SEO providers: those serving local markets charge $1,557 a month on average.
Your client, as primary owner. I work as a manager. Google's help pages say managers have mostly the same access as owners but cannot add or remove users or remove the profile, so the client stays in control.
No. Google's policy prohibits paid or incentivised reviews, review gating and selectively asking happy customers only. I set up a process that asks every customer the same way, and draft replies for the client to approve.
Each location has its own profile, citations and rankings, so prices are per location. Businesses with many locations are scoped together before you quote.
No. Map results depend on where the searcher is, the competition and factors no one controls. I report against a baseline taken at the start, across the client's service area.
